Putting the Ahhh...in Massage
Our Barefoot massage escape (also known as Ashiatsu) is a great option for busy professionals, athletes, and weekend warriors.
Barefoot massage is The Heeling Hut's signature massage because we believe it's the deepest, most productive deep tissue massage technique available. If you're tired of getting massages that don't feel like you've been massaged, The Heeling Hut is for you.
THERAPEUTIC BENEFITS OF ASHIATSU BAREFOOT MASSAGE
The Heeling Huts signature Barefoot massage escape has all the elements of therapeutic massage techniques that come from many cultures around the world including Africa, Japan, India, and the pacific rim, while at the same time incorporating elements of Western massage. Barefoot massage doesn't hurt like regular deep tissue massage sometimes can. SLOW, sometimes gliding strokes and deep compression feels soothing as it's working in to problem areas, addressing deeper tissues, non invasively. You can feel better in your body and enjoy pain free, unrestricted movement after only a few sessions.

Is Barefoot Massage Right for you?
Ashiatsu along the spine helps to increase the spaces in between the spinal vertebra allowing more room for the nerves to pass through. Deep tissue compressions using a broad surface (the foot) can address the tiny intrinsic muscle attachments on boney areas and joints in your body.
Our Barefoot Massage Escape is much different than a traditional deep tissue massage.
Your health history is very important to take in to consideration before scheduling a barefoot massage.
Please know that barefoot massage is extremely safe when done by a well trained and skilled therapist.
Not sure if it's right for you? My professional training will help you determine if barefoot bar therapy is safe for you. I'm here to answer any questions and address any concerns you may have.
