Five things every client can do to make scheduling a massage appointment at Gaia Bodywork a breeze.

Lately, I've noticed that my appointment book has been getting especially full since I started teaching more continuing Education and community workshops here at Gaia Bodywork. These are all good things, but to help those who are having difficulty scheduling massages, I decided to break down some easy booking tips for those who might be a little confused by the limited openings on my massage scheduling book.

The Number one way to make booking appointments easy is to Schedule online and in advance. Gone are the days when appointments in the same week are readily available.
This is just a part of working with an individual therapist over a clinic who hires multiple therapists.
The truth of the matter is that there's only so many openings in a week for one therapist to take on.
​Booking appointments a month or two in advance and keeping those appointments is the best way to stay on a regular massage schedule.

Next, make sure you Sign up for the Monday email. Every Monday, I send out open availability and a link to the online scheduling site. This makes it super easy to schedule sessions.

Then, Follow Gaia Bodywork on social media for availability and last minute openings. I post my openings often to Instagram and Facebook.

Don't forget your appointments!
You can Sign up for text message reminders. Two reasons you don't want to forget your massage appointments are first, It can take a while to get an appointment rebooked if you forget and second, other fees may be assessed for the missed time.

Lastly, Get on the wait list!
Contact me to get on the wait list for last minute openings. You'll get a text message when an appointment time in your preferred time period unexpectedly opens due to a cancellation. If you reply within 30-minutes, the appointment will go to you. After 30-minutes, it will be offered to the next person on the list.
