iRest Yoga Nidra Class {November 13} to benefit the Veterans Yoga Project.

Gaia Bodywork is joining Veterans Yoga Project and studios all over the country to celebrate Veterans Gratitude Week.

We will be offering iRest Yoga Nidra at Beach Mat Yoga as part of this fundraising and awareness-raising event.

More than 100 studios nationwide are hosting donation classes to raise money for programs that support veterans, their families, and their communities.

All proceeds from Friday's iRest Yoga Nidra will be donated to Veterans Yoga Project
