Ayurvedic Bodywork Specialized Training for Massage Therapists

A different kind of touch.
One that works with the body, not against it.

This Ayurvedic Bodywork Specialized Training is designed for massage therapists who want to expand their skillset with approaches that support the nervous system, invite fluid movement, and create meaningful client experiences.
You’ll learn Indian Head Massage, marma point therapy, and supportive Ayurvedic techniques—taught through a modern lens that honors both tradition and current bodywork science.

This work tends to resonate with therapists who are:
  • Feeling physically taxed from constant deep pressure work
  • Looking for more sustainable ways to practice
  • Curious about Ayurvedic bodywork
  • Wanting to offer sessions that feel calming, intentional, and effective
  • Interested in nervous system support and whole-body integration
You don’t need prior experience in Ayurveda—just curiosity and a willingness to learn a different rhythm of touch.

Why This Work Matters

There’s a shift happening in bodywork.
More pressure isn’t always the answer.
More effort isn’t always better.
Clients are looking for work that helps them settle, not just “fix.”
Therapists are looking for ways to practice that don’t wear down their bodies.
This approach creates space for both.
It supports:
  • nervous system regulation
  • fluid movement through tissue
  • a sense of connection within the body
It’s not about doing more.
It’s about doing things differently.
