Is your typical deep tissue massage not deep enough, hurts too much, leaves bruising, or doesn't get the job done? Our Barefoot massage escape (Myofascial Barefoot Massage) is an excellent option for busy professionals, athletes, and weekend warriors looking for the best deep tissue massage they've ever had.
Barefoot massage is The Heeling Hut's signature technique because we believe it's the most productive deep tissue massage technique available.
De-stress and manage chronic aches and pain due to a demanding lifestyle with our special style of massage.
Our massage therapist uses their soft, clean, sanitized feet to give you a broad, steam-roller-like compression massage. Your massage therapist may use sustained holds and dragging compression to reduce muscle tension and density. This service also includes hot packs and a refreshing muscle balm. Other complementary add-ons upon request include red light therapy and cupping (to one problem area.)
We address the somatic and the subtle energy body with techniques that create oppositional forces using deep compressive massage at times paired with negative pressure cupping therapy and airy, energetic body treatments rooted in Ayurveda.
The Heeling Huts myofascial barefoot massage has elements of therapeutic barefoot massage techniques from many cultures worldwide, including Africa, Japan (ashiatsu), India, and the Pacific Rim, while at the same time incorporating elements of Western massage including trigger point therapy and Western anatomy knowledge.
Barefoot massage doesn't hurt like regular deep tissue massage sometimes can. Slow, sometimes gliding strokes and deep compression feels soothing as it's working into problem areas, addressing deeper tissues non-invasively. You can feel better in your body and enjoy pain-free, unrestricted movement after only a few sessions.

Therapeutic Benefits of Barefoot Massage
Is Barefoot Massage Right for You?
Barefoot Massage, Sometimes called Ashiatsu helps to increase the spaces in between the spinal vertebra allowing more room for the nerves to pass through. Deep tissue compressions using a broad surface (the foot) can address the tiny intrinsic muscle attachments on boney areas and joints in your body.
Our Barefoot Massage Escape is much different from a traditional deep tissue massage.
Your health history is critical to consider before scheduling a barefoot massage.
Please know that barefoot massage is exceptionally safe by a well-trained and skilled therapist.
Is it right for you? My professional training will help determine if barefoot bar therapy is safe. I'm here to answer any questions and address any concerns. Your safety is our top priority. Complete your health history form and let us know of any medical conditions.
