The Holidays are here!

The Holidays are here and I am getting ready to start my shopping. Trying to find the perfect gift for family and friends can be a little overwhelming!

The last thing I want to do is wait till the last minute and get in to the " I have to JUST BUY SOMETHING- ANYTHING" mode.  

I'm getting ready to have my annual Black Friday sale on the 29th and I was thinking about how PERFECT massage gift certificates are for gifts. 

If you have someone on your list that loves to get massages, chances are that they don't get them nearly as often as they'd like. Massage therapy makes the BEST gift. Not only is it thoughtful, it's also showing your  mom, client, or friend that you care about their health and happiness. 

Massage helps relieve things like depression and anxiety, painful muscular tension, and mental overwhelm. Most everyone can benefit from a few massage sessions before, during, and after the holiday season! 

With holidays that bring up painful emotions of loved ones we miss & over stressed calendars and bank accounts, taking time to for yourself with a nurturing massage can ease holiday stress.

Even though massage is a healthy habit to have, it makes us feel pampered in a way. Like we are really taking care of ourselves in that hour or hour and a half massage session. To be able to go in to a beautiful, soothing environment and have someone help us relieve our aches and pains and pay attention to us and care about our well-being for the entire session is truly therapeutic.

Instead of buying a material gift that will probably get put away or forgotten about, why not buy something that is really personal and that thoughtfully says

 " I love you, take some time for yourself."
