Holiday gift giving guide

Buying gifts can be a stressful experience but we've got you covered!
Here are a few gift options that you can pick up from at Gaia Bodywork next time you're in for your weekly or monthly massage. Of course, if you need them sooner, you can find them here on my online store.

1. Lavender tranquility eye pillows also double as hot/cold packs so you could get this for the spa diva or the athlete in your life and it would be a perfect fit. These are high quality pillows made with lavender buds so they smell AHHHmazing!

2. Funny candles are a great gift for your secret santa!
​We've got one for your favorite crazy cat lady, unicorn lover, hippie, or king of all the farts! I love these candles because they are highly scented and semi-locally made in Austin, TX.

3. Biofreeze. It's a crowd favorite!
One thing about BioFreeze is that it WORKS and it doesn't have ibuprofen or aspirin in the ingredient list like so many over the counter products you'll find at the drug store. BioFreeze is only available through licensed practitioners. I've used it for muscular pain + nerve pain (including shingles) and it is a god send!

4. Luxury Bedding.
Who couldn't benefit from a good nights sleep?...a GREAT nights sleep?
These sheets will get you off to dream land faster than you can count three sheep. I love using them on my massage table and my clients rave about them regularly.

5. Aromatherapy oils.
Did you know that Hillary is a certified aromatherapist?
Aromatherapy oils can be used to scent your favorite homemade bath or body products, or blended to be inhaled therapeutically.  Check out my recipe for an easy pillow spray.
