New Wellness Packages Added

At Gaia Bodywork, We are excited to announce that we have recently added two new wellness packages to our service menu.
Enjoy more time and experience services that complement each other for more complete wellness.
​Mind, body, and spirit.

The first one added is called the Ayurvedic inspiration package.
This package includes an Informative dosha quiz + invigorating dry brushing + massage of your choice + the Shirodhara treatment. 
It's inspired by ayurveda's panchakarma treatment. It's excellent for eliminating stress, increasing circulation, skin and scalp health, as well as being nourishing for the hair. 

Next we've added another package called Energy Muse.
Energy muse takes all of our more subtle treatments and packages them together. It begins with a progressive relaxation meditation + Sage smudge + Reiki + Massage of your choice. 
This package is deeply restful and rejuvinating. Blending together meditation, herbs, energy work, and massage. 

With both packages, you get to choose the duration of the massage which will determine the total length of the treatment.
